Questions & Answers
1) Do you require a deposit?
Yes we require a $250 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The balance is payable before the wedding day.
2) Are we able to chat before the wedding day?
Yes you can book an online face chat with us where we can chat through your plans & you are free to ask more questions. Once you have arrived in Rarotonga, we will arrange a personal consultation with you.
3) How long after the wedding will we receive the film?
We aim for a 4 week delivery time in peak season. (2 weeks in off season). We can release a 20-30 second reel within 72 hours for an extra cost depending on the season and our schedule.
4) How will we receive our film?
Your film will be uploaded to an online storage & you will receive an email link with a PIN number to download your film.
5) What do we do once we receive our film?
The film becomes your responsibility to keep once you have downloaded it. We highly recommend you store it on your own online storage and other storage devices.
6) Do you keep a copy of our wedding film?
Yes we do for our own usage but we do not guarantee a copy will be available again for you. If we do have it available, there will be an archive retrieval fee to provide a copy of it.
7) What if we need to cancel?
Your $250 deposit payment is non-refundable (exceptions maybe made if cancellation is due to sickness or an emergency). Full payment is only requested on the day of the service at which stage cancellation is not applicable.
