Questions
1) Do you require a deposit?
Yes we require a $250 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The balance is payable before the wedding day.
2) Are we able to chat before the wedding day?
Yes you can book an online face chat with us where we can chat through your plans and you are free to ask more questions. Once you have arrived in Rarotonga, we will arrange a personal consultation with you.
3) How long after the wedding will we receive the images?
We aim for a 4-6 week delivery time. We can release 2-3 images within a week or so for a quick peek!!
4) How will we receive our images?
Your images will be uploaded to an online storage and you will receive an email link to download your images.
5) What do we do once we receive our images?
The images become your responsibility to keep once you have downloaded them. We highly recommend you store them on your own online storage and other storage devices.
6) Do you keep a copy of our wedding images?
Yes we do for our own usage but we do not guarantee a copy will be available again for you. If we do have them available, there will be an archive retrieval fee to provide a copy of them.
